This is a free introductory class for Mindfulness and Meditation. The class will meet once a week for 90 minutes. Each session will consist of a didactic talk on a certain topic, a Guided Meditation and Q&A. Anything shared in the class are private and confidential. Slots are limited.
What you will learn:
How to live in the present moment and why it’s important to live in the now
How you can leverage your skill about Mindfulness and Meditation to end the cycle of overthinking, have a better handle of difficult emotions, to deal with stress, anxiety and burn out, etc.
Tips and Techniques on how to meditate in the Insight/Vipassana tradition.
