Online Class: Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation

This is a free introductory class for Mindfulness and Meditation. The class will meet once a week for 90 minutes. Each session will consist of a didactic talk on a certain topic, a Guided Meditation and Q&A. Anything shared in the class are private and confidential. Slots are limited.

What you will learn:

  • How to live in the present moment and why it’s important to live in the now

  • How you can leverage your skill about Mindfulness and Meditation to end the cycle of overthinking, have a better handle of difficult emotions, to deal with stress, anxiety and burn out, etc.

  • Tips and Techniques on how to meditate in the Insight/Vipassana tradition.

This class is ideal for:

  • Beginners

  • Intermediate Practitioners who wants to refresh and enrich their practice.
